Fitbit and Jawbone Announce Resolution of All Outstanding Civil Litigation

Fitbit, Inc. FIT and AliphCom (assignment for the benefit of creditors) LLC, the assignee for the former Jawbone, today announced that they have reached a global settlement agreement resolving all outstanding litigation between the parties. The terms of the agreement will remain confidential and both sides look forward to putting these disputes behind them.
