Insperity Ranks No. 1 on the Houston Chronicle's Top Workplaces List for 2nd Consecutive Year

This award also marks the eighth consecutive year the company has appeared on the list.

Companies on the list were selected based on a confidential employee survey conducted by Pennsylvania-based Energage, formerly known as WorkplaceDynamics. A total of 262 Houston-area companies with a combined 84,000 employees participated in the survey that included categories such as advancement, flexibility of work schedules, pay and benefits, and leadership.

With approximately 2,700 corporate employees nationwide, Insperity is consistently identified as a top workplace throughout the country at the local, state and national levels. Since 2001, when the company began participating in best places to work programs, it has appeared 125 times on the respective lists.
