GREENWICH, CT, Nov. 06, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Fifth Street Asset Management Inc. FSAM (the "Company") today announced that it has voluntarily delisted from the Nasdaq Global Select Market ("Nasdaq") and that its Class A common stock will begin trading on the OTC Market Group's OTCQX market effective at the open of the market on Monday, November 6, 2017.  The trading symbol will remain FSAM.

As of this morning, the Company's common stock is no longer traded on Nasdaq. The Company has filed a Form 25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") this morning relating to its voluntary withdrawal from Nasdaq.
