Ferguson Partners Recruits CEO & Board Members for VICI Properties Inc.

Ferguson Partners, a global professional services firm specializing in executive and Board recruitment, and leadership consulting, has recruited the CEO and Board members with real estate and gaming backgrounds for VICI Properties Inc. — an experiential-asset focused real estate investment trust (REIT) which recently completed its spin-off from Caesars Entertainment Operating Company, Inc. ("CEOC"). With over $8 billion in asset value, VICI Properties has become one of the largest owners of gaming, hospitality, and entertainment destinations.

VICI Properties is led by Edward Pitoniak, Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Company's board of directors.
