Montreal, Quebec--(Newsfile Corp. - September 7, 2017) - Glen Erikson, President of Nearctic Nickel Mines Inc "the Company", announces that its indirect subsidiary, Ungava Mineral Exploration Inc. has received a Judgment of the Quebec Court of Appeal in which the Judgment of Honourable Mr. Justice M. Pinsonneault revoking the J-L Baudouin Arbitration Awards, announced on October 11, 2016, has been overturned. It has been decided that leave to appeal this Judgment to the Supreme Court of Canada will be sought.

The Court of Appeal Judgment mentioned dated August 31, 2017, will be annexed to the Material Change Report to be filed in connection with this press release.
