Michael W. Kosmin joins the growing brokerage as Chief Operations Officer to continue growing company's market share throughout Oregon

Cascade Sotheby's International Realty has tapped Michael W. Kosmin as chief operations officer. Kosmin, who most recently was the managing director at Pronghorn Resort in Bend, brings elite experience driving profitable growth for myriad international resorts and real estate developments.

Kosmin has held leadership roles with Hyatt Residential Group, Lowe Enterprises, Marriott Vacation Club, and Centex Homes among others, and will be responsible for Cascade Sotheby's next stage growth including market development, leveraged marketing opportunities for brokers— and clients—and overall day-to-day operations of the company's presence throughout Oregon.

Additionally, Kosmin lived and worked in Asia for several years and since 2005 was responsible for Asian markets for the same aforementioned client list. Before moving to Bend three years ago, Kosmin lived in Indonesia where he was the managing director at Club Bali. With deep experience in Asian real estate markets, Kosmin is poised to develop Cascade Sotheby's Asian Desk catering to clients looking at real estate in the Pacific Northwest.
