Investor relations pro hired ahead of OTCQX listing

American Community Development Group is heading for an OTCQX listing his year. In preparation, it is beefing up its executive management team, with the hire of David Atkinson as vice president of marketing and investor relations. It's an interesting move, especially given the tendency of some recently high-profile companies going public not to hire an IR director until after the IPO (I'm thinking of LinkedIn and Zynga, among others).
