Facebook SURGES in SharesPost Auction

Another Facebook auction closed on SharesPost recently, and the stock price surged. In an auction completed on January 20, 2012, according to a SharesPost statement, 70,000 shares were sold at a final clearing price of $34. The company's stock price hasn't been that high on SharesPost since July 29, 2011. This is an increase of $2 a share from the December 21, 2011 auction, in which 150,000 shares were traded.
