The company sees third-quarter adjusted EPS at 19-33 cents versus the 38 cents estimate and sales $107-$115 million versus the $111.3 million estimate.

CyberArk Software provides information technology security solutions to protect data, infrastructure, and assets across the enterprise. The company software solutions focused on protecting privileged accounts, credentials, and secrets. Its products and services include Enterprise Password Vault, Privileged Session Manager, Privileged Threat Analytics.

CyberArk shares were trading down 7.02% at $111.46 on Tuesday. The stock has a 52-week high of $144.90 and a 52-week low of $69.50.
