• AAR Corp. AIR reported upbeat results for its first quarter on Thursday. AAR shares gained 4.79 percent to $30.40 in the after-hours trading session.
• Wall Street expects Finish Line Inc FINL to report quarterly earnings at $0.53 per share on revenue of $493.71 million before the opening bell. Finish Line shares fell 1.63 percent to $23.60 in after-hours trading.

• Shares of Imperva Inc IMPV surged more than 16 percent in after-hours trading, helped by rumors about International Business Machines Corp. IBM and Cisco Systems, Inc. CSCO might be interested in acquiring the company. Imperva shares climbed 16.39 percent to $50.50 in the after-hours trading session.
• Enphase Energy Inc ENPH disclosed restructuring and cost reduction initiatives, which are expected to result in annualized savings of approximately $20 million. The plan includes an 11 percent reduction of the company’s global workforce and the elimination of some non-core projects, at a cost of $3 million. Management said it has plans for a public offering of common stock, although the size is yet to be publicized. Enphase Energy shares dipped 20.96 percent to $1.32 in the after-hours trading session.
