  • Bed Bath and Beyond Inc. BBBY reported weaker-than-expected earnings for its second quarter on Wednesday. Its comparable sales were down 1.2 percent for the period. Bed Bath and Beyond shares rose 0.44 percent to $43.30 in the after-hours trading session.
  • Analysts are expecting Rite Aid Corporation RAD to have earned $0.03 per share on revenue of $8.17 billion in the latest quarter. Rite Aid will release earnings before the markets open. Rite Aid shares slipped 0.12 percent to $8.09 in after-hours trading.

  • Red Hat Inc RHT posted upbeat results for its second quarter and raised its FY16 outlook. Red Hat shares surged 6.57 percent to $82.10 in the after-hours trading session.
  • Herman Miller, Inc. MLHR reported downbeat results for its first quarter and issued a weak forecast for the current quarter. Herman Miller shares tumbled 9.80 percent to $29.00 in the after-hours trading session.
  • Analysts expect AAR Corp. AIR to post quarterly earnings at $0.26 per share on revenue of $398.35 million after the closing bell. AAR shares gained 1.78 percent to close at $28.03 on Wednesday.
  • Jabil Circuit, Inc. JBL posted better-than-expected results for its fiscal fourth quarter. Jabil also disclosed its intention to realign its global capacity and administrative support infrastructure. Jabil Circuit shares fell 4.76 percent to $22.60 in the after-hours trading session.
