  • Herbalife Ltd. HLF reported stronger-than-expected earnings for its second quarter and boosted its full-year earnings guidance. Herbalife shares gained 1.73 percent to $68.20 in the after-hours trading session.
  • Analysts expect Viacom, Inc. VIAB to report quarterly earnings at $1.03 per share on revenue of $3.03 billion before the bell. Viacom shares declined 0.32 percent to $43.85 in after-hours trading.
  • Tripadvisor Inc TRIP posted weaker-than-expected results for the second quarter on Wednesday. Tripadvisor shares declined 6.46 percent to $65.00 in the after-hours trading session.
  • Before the opening bell, MGM Resorts International MGM is projected to report its quarterly earnings at $0.28 per share on revenue of $2.33 billion. MGM shares dropped 0.46 percent to $23.67 in after-hours trading.
  • Wall Street expects Zynga Inc ZNGA to post quarterly earnings at $0.00 per share on revenue of $169.41 million after the closing bell. Zynga shares gained 0.68 percent to $2.98 in after-hours trading.

  • Tesla Motors Inc TSLA posted a wider-than-expected loss for its second quarter on Wednesday. However, 14,402 deliveries beat estimates of 14,307 units. For the second half of the year, management reiterated its target for 50,000 deliveries. Tesla shares slipped 0.75 percent to $224.10 in the after-hours trading session.
  • Analysts expect Priceline Group Inc PCLN to post quarterly earnings at $12.69 per share on revenue of $2.58 billion after the closing bell. Priceline shares dropped 0.23 percent to $1,368.00 in after-hours trading.
  • The Western Union Company WU posted upbeat profit for the second quarter on Wednesday. Western Union shares gained 1.48 percent to close at $19.92 on Wednesday.
  • Activision Blizzard, Inc. ATVI is expected to post its quarterly earnings at $0.41 per share on revenue of $1.44 billion after the markets close. Activision Blizzard shares rose 0.25 percent to $40.48 in after-hours trading.
  • First Solar, Inc. FSLR posted better-than-expected results for its second quarter. The company saw FY16 revenue at $3.8-$4 billion and FY16 EPS of $4.2-$4.5. First Solar shares rose 3.10 percent to close at $49.24 on Wednesday.
  • Analysts expect Symantec Corporation SYMC to post quarterly earnings at $0.25 per share on revenue of $877.01 million. Symantec will release earnings after the closing bell. Symantec shares dropped 0.24 percent to $20.85 in after-hours trading.
  • Metlife Inc MET reported downbeat earnings for its second quarter on Wednesday. Metlife shares dropped 4.30 percent to $41.82 in the after-hours trading session.
  • Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd (ADR) TEVA is projected to report quarterly earnings at $1.20 per share on revenue of $4.85 billion before the markets open. Teva shares gained 0.49 percent to $53.83 in the after-hours trading session.
