Xura Inc (NASDAQ: MESG) announced that it is in talks for the potential sale of the company for $25 a share, representing a premium of 26 percent over Thursday's close. Meanwhile, Xura released preliminary unaudited results for the fourth quarter, during which it generated revenue of $82 million and adjusted EBITDA of $14 million. Xura shares fell 1.01 percent to $20.49 in the after-hours trading session.
