Earnings Recap For March 10

Ulta Salon, Cosmetics & Fragrance, Inc. (NASDAQ: ULTA) reported earnings of $1.69 per share, $0.15 above the Street’s consensus. Revenue of $1.268 billion also came in ahead of expectations for $1.236 billion.

VeriFone Systems Inc (NYSE: PAY) posted earnings of $ 0.48 per share, $0.02 higher than the Street’s consensus. Revenue of $513.6 million also beat expectations for $500.05 million.

Dollar General Corp. (NYSE: DG) delivered earnings of $1.30 per share, $0.03 above the Street’s consensus. Revenue of $5.287 billion slightly missed expectations for $5.293 billion.

Zumiez Inc. (NASDAQ: ZUMZ) retrieved earnings of $0.53 per share, $0.04 ahead of the Street’s consensus. Revenue of $242.43 million came in above expectations for $241.6 million as well.

Vail Resorts, Inc. (NYSE: MTN) reported earnings of $3.14 per share, above the Street’s consensus of $2.92 per share. Revenue of $599.36 million came in ahead of expectations for $587.55 million.

Party City Holdco Inc (NYSE: PRTY) posted earnings of $0.76 per share, $0.01 above the Street’s consensus. Revenue of $781.5 million, however, came in below expectations for $793.36 million.

Ferrellgas Partners, L.P. (NYSE: FGP) delivered earnings of $0.58 per share, missing the Street’s consensus by $0.30. Revenue of $649.24 million came in below expectations for $780.36 million.

Finisar Corporation (NASDAQ: FNSR) retrieved earnings of $0.25 per share, $0.02 above the Street’s consensus. Revenue of $309.21 million, however, missed estimates of $311.13 million.
