Palo Alto Networks Inc (NYSE: PANW) reported better-than-expected results for its second quarter and issued a strong revenue forecast for the current quarter. Palo Alto Networks shares surged 4.85 percent to $147.09 in the after-hours trading session.

Wall Street expects Liberty Media Corp (NASDAQ: LMCA) to report its quarterly earnings at $0.19 per share on revenue of $1.19 billion. Liberty Media shares gained 2.50 percent to close at $35.29 yesterday.

Monster Beverage Corporation (NASDAQ: MNST) reported weaker-than-expected results for its fourth quarter. Monster Beverage shares dropped 7.22 percent to $123.50 in the after-hours trading session.

Analysts are expecting Sothebys (NYSE: BID) to have earned $1.14 per share on revenue of $331.14 million in the latest quarter. Sothebys shares surged 3.61 percent to close at $24.39 yesterday.

Splunk Inc (NASDAQ: SPLK) reported stronger-than-expected results for the fourth quarter and issued upbeat revenue forecast. Splunk shares jumped 13.03 percent to $43.55 in the after-hours trading session.

Weight Watchers International, Inc. (NYSE: WTW) reported downbeat earnings for the fourth quarter on Thursday. Weight Watchers shares tumbled 23.79 percent to $11.85 in the after-hours trading session.
