Wall Street expects FedEx Corporation (NYSE: FDX) to post its quarterly earnings at $2.52 per share on revenue of $12.45 billion. FedEx shares gained 0.11 percent to $144.85 in after-hours trading.

Dover Corp (NYSE: DOV) lowered its earnings guidance for the year. Dover shares slipped 2.96 percent to $60.26 in the after-hours trading session.

Analysts expect Joy Global Inc. (NYSE: JOY) to report its quarterly earnings at $0.42 per share on revenue of $791.14 million. Joy Global shares climbed 2.41 percent to close at $11.46 yesterday.

Ascena Retail Group Inc (NASDAQ: ASNA) reported a new $200 million buyback program. Ascena Retail shares dropped 2.21 percent to close at $9.72 yesterday.

Analysts are expecting Oracle Corporation (NYSE: ORCL) to have earned $0.60 per share on revenue of $9.06 billion in the latest quarter. Oracle shares surged 0.60 percent to $38.44 in after-hours trading.

Global Payments Inc. (NYSE: GPN) agreed to acquire Heartland Payment Systems, Inc. (NYSE: HPY) for $100.00 per share, or $4.3 billion. Global Payments shares fell 3.40 percent to $69.00 in after-hours trading, while Heartland Payment Systems shares climbed 11.67 percent to $95.10 in the after-hours trading session.

Analysts expect Jabil Circuit, Inc. (NYSE: JBL) to post its quarterly earnings at $0.80 per share on revenue of $5.22 billion. Jabil Circuit shares declined 0.08 percent to $23.95 in after-hours trading.
