Some of the stocks that may grab investor focus today are:

Berkshire Hathaway (NYSE: BRK-B) announced its plans to acquire Charter Brokerage for undisclosed terms. Berkshire Hathaway shares rose 0.07% to $146.56 in the after-hours trading session.

Analysts expect VeriFone Systems (NYSE: PAY) to report its Q4 earnings at $0.41 per share on revenue of $483.42 million. VeriFone shares climbed 1.45% to $33.49 in after-hours trading.

Shares of Shutterstock (NYSE: SSTK) tumbled more than 12% on Friday after its competitor Fotolia agreed to be acquired by Adobe Systems (NASDAQ: ADBE). Shutterstock shares slipped 0.02% to $62.50 in the after-hours trading session.

Wall Street expects Landauer (NYSE: LDR) to report its Q4 earnings at $0.66 per share on revenue of $43.99 million. Landauer shares declined 1.25% to close at $34.69 on Friday.

Honeywell (NYSE: HON) is expected to host a conference call on its guidance for 2015. Honeywell shares declined 0.39% to $95.51 in after-hours trading.
