shares jumped more than 15% Thursday on a report from WSJ that it could be acquired by Halliburton Company

. Baker Hughes shares climbed 2.77% to $60.38 in the after-hours trading session, while Halliburton shares rose 1.13% to $54.40 in after-hours trading. TubeMogul

reported stronger-than-expected results for the third quarter. TubeMogul shares jumped 12.44% to $20.25 in after-hours trading. Geron

reported a global strategic deal with J&J's Janssen for the development and commercialization of imetelstat. Geron shares jumped 38.10% to $3.19 in after-hours trading.
