to have earned $0.53 per share on revenue of $12.14 billion in the fourth quarter. Cisco shares rose 0.28% to $25.22 in after-hours trading. JDS Uniphase

issued a weak first-quarter forecast. JDS Uniphase shares fell 3.53% to $11.49 in the after-hours trading session. Analysts expect Deere & Company

to report its Q3 earnings at $2.20 per share on revenue of $8.75 billion. Deere shares surged 0.59% to $86.99 in after-hours trading. Pinnacle Foods

is projected to report its Q2 earnings at $0.33 per share on revenue of $629.33 million. Pinnacle Foods shares climbed 3.75% to $32.10 in the after-hours trading session. FleetCor Technologies

announced its plans to acquire Comdata from Ceridian LLC for $3.45 billion. FleetCor shares gained 3.22% to $133.61 in after-hours trading.
