to have earned $0.75 per share on revenue of $7.34 billion in the fourth quarter. Nike shares gained 0.04% to $76.50 in after-hours trading. CACI International

issued weak forecast for FY15. The company projected FY15 earnings of $5.10 to $5.51 per share on revenue of $3.3 billion to $3.6 billion. However, analysts estimated earnings of $5.82 per share on revenue of $3.62 billion. CACI International shares dropped 4.61% to $66.56 in the after-hours trading session. Lennar

is expected to report its Q2 earnings at $0.51 per share on revenue of $1.68 billion. Lennar shares surged 0.67% to $41.80 in the after-hours trading session. Analysts expect ConAgra Foods

to report its Q4 earnings at $0.55 per share on revenue of $4.40 billion. ConAgra shares rose 0.56% to $28.89 in after-hours trading.
