announced its plans to buy certain assets of Mining Technologies International for $51.0 million Canadian dollars. Joy Global shares declined 1.26% to close at $60.15 on Friday. Analysts expect M&T Bank

to report its Q1 earnings at $1.61 per share on revenue of $1.10 billion. M&T Bank shares slipped 0.20% to close at $118.22 on Friday.
