to have earned $1.11 per share on revenue of $32.67 billion in the fourth quarter. CVS Caremark shares rose 0.69% to $67.40 in after-hours trading. Rackspace Hosting

reported a drop in its fourth-quarter net income and announced the retirement of its Chief Executive Lanham Napier. Rackspace shares tumbled 11.35% to $35.78 in the after-hours trading session. Analysts expect IntercontinentalExchange Group

to report its Q4 earnings at $1.95 per share on revenue of $620.19 million. IntercontinentalExchange shares slipped 1.59% to close at $212.11 yesterday.
