UPDATE: McCormick Reports Flat FQ3 Earnings

reported flat fiscal third-quarter earnings. McCormick posted its quarterly profit of $104.4 million, or $0.78 per share, unchanged from year-ago period. Its sales climbed 4% to $1.02 billion. However, analysts were expecting earnings of $0.78 per share on revenue of $1.03 billion. Its gross margin came in at 40.1%. McCormick shares closed at $68.05 yesterday.
