Nomura Posts Rise In Profit

Nomura Holdings

reported a rise in its profit in the April-June period. Nomura's quarterly net profit surged to Y65.89 billion, from Y1.89 billion in the year-ago period. Its revenue climbed 14.9% to Y505.27 billion. Nomura shares closed at $8.05 yesterday.
