Booz Allen Hamilton Holding BAH released Q4 and full year earnings of its fiscal 2013, beating EPS and Revenue estimates. EPS landed at $0.40 versus the consensus estimate of $0.37, and revenue at $1.55 billion versus consensus of $1.51 billion.
Operating income rosed to $446.2 million, a 15 percent increase year over year. Net income decreased to $219.1 million from $240.0 million, an 8.7 percent decrease year over year.
The company announced a regular cash dividend of $0.10 per share, and 11 percent increase in per share quarterly dividend amount.
Looking forward to fiscal 2014, the company expect EPS between $1.47 and $1.57.
Shares opened at $18.55.
