G4S Full-Year Pretax Profit Down 53.6%

reported a 53.6% fall in its full-year pretax profit. G4S' pretax profit for the year declined to 175 million pounds, from GBP257 million, in the year-ago period. Its total revenue came in at GBP7.50 billion. Its net profit declined to GBP48 million from GBP181 million. G4S' basic and diluted earnings per share declined to 7.9 pence from 13.3 pence, while adjusted EPS rose to 21.2 pence from 20.5 pence.
