posted a profit in the full year. Caltex swung to a net profit of 57 million Australian dollars (US$58.6 million), versus a year-ago loss of A$714 million. Its net profit on a replacement cost basis surged 74% to A$458 million. Caltex also declared a final dividend of 23 cents per share, versus 28 cents a share, in the year-ago period.
