Santos Annual Net Profit Down 31%

Australian Santos

reported a drop in its annual net profit. Santos' net profit for the year declined 31% to 519 million Australian dollars (US$531 million). Its underlying profit surged 34% to A$606 million, versus analysts' estimates of A$586 million. Santos shares fell 6.06% to close at $12.10 yesterday.
