UPDATE: Angie's List Posts Upbeat Q4 Profit, Issues Strong Q1 Forecast

reported a better-than-expected fourth-quarter profit and issued upbeat first-quarter forecast. Angie's List posted its quarterly earnings at $2.4 million, or $0.04 per share, versus a year-ago loss of $5.9 million, or $0.14 per share. Its revenue climbed to $46.2 million, from $27.4 million. However, analysts were expecting a loss of $0.02 per share on revenue of $46 million. Angie's List expects FQ1 revenue of $51 million to $52 million, versus estimates of $49.5 million. Angie's List shares jumped 25.48% to $17.09 in after-hours trading.
