UPDATE: Laboratory Corp Posts Lower Q4 Profit

Laboratory Corp of America Holdings

reported a decline in its Q4 profit. Laboratory Corp's quarterly net income fell to $120.2 million, or $1.26 per share, versus $135.4 million, or $1.34 per share, in the year-ago period. Excluding one-time items, it earned $1.54 per share. Laboratory Corp shares closed at $91.63 yesterday.
