reported a 30% drop in its fiscal second-quarter earnings and raised its full-year forecast. Solera now expects full-year adjusted earnings of $2.60 to $2.66 per share on revenue of $829 million to $835 million. The company in November had expected earnings of $2.52 to $2.60 per share and revenue of $810 million to $818 million. Solera's quarterly profit fell to $19.8 million, or $0.28 per share, from $28.2 million, or $0.39 per share, in the year-ago period. Excluding one-time items, it earned $0.69 per share. Its revenue climbed 7.2% to $209.2 million. However, analysts expected earnings of $0.64 per share on revenue of $202 million. Solera shares fell 0.52% to close at $55.41 yesterday.
