offered to acquire Clearwire

for $5.15 billion. Dish Network shares fell 0.61% to $35.75 in after-hours trading, while Clearwire shares jumped 8.90% to $3.18 in the after-hours trading session. Seagate Technology

lifted its sales view for the second quarter. Seagate shares surged 2.06% to $32.04 in after-hours trading.
