Partner Communications Posts Upbeat Q3 Profit

reported a drop in its profit in the third quarter. Partner Communications' quarterly net profit declined 36% to 110 million shekels. Its earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation fell 24% to 401 million. Its total revenue dropped 255 to 1.315 billion shekels. However, analysts were expecting earnings of 108 million shekels on revenue of 1.36 billion shekels. Average revenue per user fell 13% to 97 million shekels in the quarter. Partner Communications shares closed at $5.72 yesterday.
