posted a wider pretax loss for the year-ended June 30. Bezant Resources posted a pretax loss of 1.8 million pounds, versus a year-ago loss of GBP1.6 million. Its operating loss widened to GBP1.7 million from GBP1.6 million, while basic and diluted loss per share narrowed to 2.82 pence from 2.88 pence.
