Brazil's Companhia Paranaense de Energia
ELP reported a 7.7% drop in its third-quarter profit.
Copel's quarterly net income fell to 319.3 million Brazilian reais ($155 million), versus BRL345.8 million, in the year-ago period.
Its revenue climbed 1.9% to BRL2.05 billion, while earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization fell 5.2% to BRL477 million.
Copel shares closed at $13.42 yesterday.
