OMV Posts Surge In Q3 Net Income

Austrian company OMV AG

reported a rise in its Q3 net income. Its quarterly clean current cost of supply earnings before interest and taxes rose 34% y/y to 786 million euros ($1.01 billion), while clean CCS net income attributable to stockholders climbed 34% y/y to EUR317 million. OMV's EBIT jumped 37% y/y to EUR779 million. OMV shares closed at $36.70 yesterday.
