UPDATE: Autoliv Posts Drop In Q3 Profit

reported a decline in its third-quarter earnings and lowered its full-year forecast. Autoliv's quarterly pretax profit fell to $175 million, from $193 million, in the year-ago period. However, analysts were expecting a profit of $182 million. Autoliv shares closed at $63.62 yesterday.
