posted a wider fiscal fourth-quarter loss. Micron shares rose 0.25% to $6.03 in after-hours trading. Research In Motion Ltd

reported upbeat second-quarter results. Research In Motion shares jumped 20.45% to $8.60 in the after-hours trading session.
