Xyratex Ltd (NASDAQ: XRTX) lowered its third-quarter sales forecast. Xyratex shares tumbled 16.85% to $8.93 in after-hours trading.
Globecomm Systems (NASDAQ: GCOM) posted its Q4 adjusted earnings at $0.13 per share, missing analysts' estimates of $0.20 per share. Globecomm Systems shares dipped 21.05% to $10.50 in the after-hours trading session.
Texas Instruments (NASDAQ: TXN) narrowed its forecast for the third quarter. TI now projects revenue of $3.27 billion to $3.41 billion, versus its earlier forecast of $3.21 billion to $3.47 billion. It projects earnings of $0.38 to $0.42 per share, versus its earlier forecast of $0.34 to $0.42 per share. Texas Instruments shares dropped 0.10% to $28.55 in after-hours trading.
PepsiCo (NYSE: PEP) reported that its president, John Compton, is leaving the company. PepsiCo shares fell 0.36% to close at $71.58 yesterday.
CYS Investments (NYSE: CYS) cut its quarterly dividend by 10% to $0.45 per share versus $0.50 per share. CYS Investments shares dropped 1.03% to $14.45 in the after-hours trading session.
