reported downbeat fiscal third-quarter revenue and issued weak adjusted sales forecast for fiscal fourth-quarter. VeriFone shares dipped 11.02% to $31.48 in the after-hours trading session. Analysts expect UTi Worldwide

to report its Q2 EPS at $0.23 on revenue of $1.28 billion. UTi Worldwide shares declined 2.11% to close at $13.45 yesterday. Zillow

announced its plans to sell 3.2 million shares in a secondary offering. Zillow shares dropped 3.72% to $40.85 in after-hours trading. OCZ Technology Group

lowered its sales forecast for the second quarter. OCZ now projects quarterly sales of $110 million to $120 million, down from its earlier forecast of $130 million to $140 million. OCZ shares tumbled 21.08% to $4.23 in the after-hours trading session.
