Greene King Full-Year Profit Up 7%

reported a 7% rise in its full-year profit. Its profit before tax climbed to 125.1 million pounds for the year, versus 116.8 million pounds, in the year-ago period. Greene King's retail like-for-like sales surged 4%, while food sales jumped 17%.
