Orica Posts 4% Drop In H1 Net Profit, Declares Dividend

Orica Ltd

reported a drop in first-half net profit. Orica's net profit for the period fell to A$253.3 million, from A$263.8 million in the year-ago period. Its revenue for the half year climbed 10% to A$3.31 billion. It also declared an interim dividend of 38 Australian cents per share, up from 37 cents per share last year.
