), the Denver, CO developer of Marijuana-based pharmaceutical products, rose 21% Thursday on 31 million shares. The company issued its Sales Guidance and Outlook for 2012 today. Cannabis Science sales for 2012 are forecasted to be $6,846,000 and have the potential to increase to $65,740,000 in 2014. Cannabis Science also prepared a model to forecast sales upon FDA approval. The FDA approved model shows average sales of $279,120,000 in annual sales and revenue of each of their cannabis-extract based formulations once Cannabis Science's application for a FDA license is approved.

The company announced after the close on Wednesday, it had received written notification from the NASDAQ indicating that the Company's securities will continue to be listed on The NASDAQ Capital Market based upon the Company's compliance with the terms of a NASDAQ Listing Qualifications Panel decision, which required the Company to evidence compliance with the applicable minimum stockholders' equity requirement of $2.5 million by December 12, 2011.
