Revenue Revenue was $22.3 million in the third quarter of fiscal 2012, compared to $21.7 million in the third quarter of fiscal 2011 and $22.0 million in the second quarter of fiscal 2012. Gross Profit GAAP gross profit was $14.3 million in the third quarter of fiscal 2012, compared to GAAP gross profit of $14.2 million in the third quarter of fiscal 2011. Non-GAAP gross profit, which excludes stock-based compensation expense and amortization of purchased intangibles, was $15.1 million in the third quarter of fiscal 2012, representing a non-GAAP gross margin of 67.8%, compared to $15.2 million in the third quarter of fiscal 2011, which represented a non-GAAP gross margin of 69.9%.
