, a provider of chip design software, today reported revenue of $38.3 million for its fiscal 2012 second quarter ended Oct. 30, 2011, up 13 percent from the $33.9 million reported in the year-ago second quarter Magma's non-GAAP net income was $7.1 million for the second quarter, or $0.10 per share (basic and diluted), which compares to non-GAAP net income of $4.3 million, or $0.07 per share (basic and diluted), for the year-ago second quarter.
