W. R. Berkley Corporation Increases Dividend by 14% to Annual Rate of $0.32

W. R. Berkley Corporation

announced today that its Board of Directors has voted to increase the cash dividend to an annual rate of 32 cents per share, representing a 14% increase from the present rate. The first quarterly dividend at the new rate of eight cents per share will be paid on July 1, 2011 to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 14, 2011.
