Tortoise Energy Capital Corp. Increases Distribution by 0.6% to 40.25 Cents

The Board of Directors of Tortoise Energy Capital Corp.

today declared the company's second quarter 2011 distribution of $0.4025 per share, an increase of 0.6 percent compared to the $0.40 distribution in the previous quarter. The distribution will be paid on June 1, 2011, to stockholders of record on May 24, 2011.
