Exterran Partners Increases Cash Distribution to 47.75 Cents

Exterran Partners, L.P.

today announced a cash distribution of $0.4775 per limited partner unit, or $1.91 per limited partner unit on an annualized basis, payable on May 13, 2011 to unitholders of record at the close of business on May 10, 2011. The first quarter 2011 distribution covers the period from January 1, 2011 through March 31, 2011. The distribution to be paid in May 2011 is $0.005 higher than the fourth quarter 2010 distribution of $0.4725 per limited partner unit and $0.015 higher than the first quarter 2010 distribution of $0.4625 per limited partner unit.
