PSEG Declares Quarterly Dividend of 34.25 Cents

The board of directors of Public Service Enterprise Group

has declared a quarterly dividend of 34.25 cents per share of common stock for the fourth quarter of 2010. All dividends for the fourth quarter are payable on or before December 31, 2010, to stockholders of record on December 8, 2010.
