The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. Increases Dividend to $.75

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc.

announced today that its Board of Directors voted to increase the annual dividend on the Company's Class A and Class B Common Stock to $.75 per share. The dividend amount represents a 36% increase over the previous annual rate of $.55 per share that was paid in December 2009. The $.75 per share annual dividend on the Class A Common Stock and Class B Common Stock will be payable on December 15, 2010 to stockholders of record at the close of business on November 29, 2010.
